With singers and folk musicians of the Kathmandu Valley, we re-set classics from Narayan Gopal and the golden generation — Nepal Bhasa and Nepali lyrics carried on la pompe.
Touring players who pass through Kathmandu are welcome at our table. A borrowed violin, a new tune, one rehearsal — then the stage. Some of our favourite sets began that way.
